Lobster direct from our tank 11€/100g.

Our lobsters weigh on average between 450 and 650g.

For the HOT Lobster version:

• When you arrive, you choose a lobster either to eat on its own or to share with 2 people, in the restaurant's tank.
• Our chef prepares it flambéed in the spirit of your choice (Calvados, Armagnac, Cognac, Ricard or Whisky) and accompanies it with fresh chips.
   

For the COLD HOMARD version:

• When you make your reservation, ask us for one or more lobsters and the approximate weight you would like. We will choose the lobster from the restaurant's tank and put it in the oven so that it is cold when you arrive (approx. 4 hours in advance).
• It can be eaten on its own with homemade mayonnaise or as a complement to a seafood platter.
