The Chef will enliven your taste buds with his traditional Normandy and seafood cuisine, mastering and sublimating fresh produce, fine fish, creamy sauces, tasty seafood, generous portions of mussels and chips, not forgetting fabulous homemade desserts that are more than gourmet... As well as specialities such as braised calf sweetbreads à la Normande, of which only the Chef knows the secret !
